    Commercial chain link runs 6-gauge (heaviest) to 11.5-gauge. Heights from 4ft (residential-grade) to 12ft+ (industrial perimeter security).

    Gates & access control

    Each manual gate adds 4-figure cost. Automated gates add operator + integration with access control (keypads, card readers, intercoms).

  • 04

    Site prep & existing fence

    Clearing brush, removing existing fence, grading, rock or root removal, drainage. Site conditions can add significantly to labor.

Always. Every commercial project receives an itemized written proposal covering material specifications (gauge, height, brand), gates and hardware, permit fees, install timeline, and the 2-year warranty terms. Proposals are valid for 60 days. We can also work directly off your bid documents or RFP package.
Yes. We regularly subcontract under GCs for new construction and renovation projects, and we work directly with property management companies for multifamily, retail and office portfolios. Lien releases, insurance certificates and W-9s available on request.
